The scammer is using nestor@bcdance.com, nestordelazerda@hotmail.com and craigslist add, to rent an apartment at English Bay Tower, Vancouver. He pretends to be a dance teacher at several locations, but his real Job is be a swindler!
He uses the address 1750 Davie St. Apartment 903 and the phone number 604-685-2846. And also he is sub-renting the room illegally; he says to his tenants that if anybody asks you're visiting him, as an uncle.
He claims to have spent the $450 deposit, so he can't return it, and says he doesn't have any money to pay.
He also has scammed other people before us. Let's say, that's his real job!
